– 150 g sugar
– 2 tablespoons flour
– 1 vanilla pod
– 5 eggs (3 whole eggs + 2 egg yolks)
– 150 g heavy cream
– 3 tablespoons milk
– 1 teaspoon of cocoa (optional)
Start first by Line a mold with high sides and removable bottom with baking paper.
