How to make Rotisserie chicken at home?

1 full chicken
1/2 teaspoon olive oil table
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary tea
1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled 1/2
1/2 lemon cut in half
1 pinch salt
1 pinch of pepper

Preparation Rotisserie chicken
1 Preheat oven to 220 ° C (gas mark 7). in a small bowl, combine oil , thyme , rosemary and chopped garlic .
2 Clean the cavity and outside of the chicken , pat dry with paper towels . Fold the wings under the chicken. Rub the Mixture in the cavity and the outside of the chicken . Put the garlic and lemon in the cavity. Tie the legs together. Add salt and pepper .
3 Place chicken on rack of broiler pan. Roast until one hour. Remove from oven and tilt the chicken in broiler pan so that the juice escapes from the cavity. Drizzle with juice and put the chicken in the oven.
Transfer the chicken to a platter. Slice and serve with rice , fries , etc. To reduce the fat avoid eating the skin.
