– 900g of carrots cut into small pieces
– 1 onion cut in half
– 1 clove garlic
– 1 chicken bouillon cube (optional )
– 60 ml of oil
– 500g of broccoli trunks
– 2 large carrots , grated
– 1.5 l of water
– Salt qs
In a pan, add the cut carrots, onion, clove of garlic and chicken stock cube. Season with salt . Add water , cover and let it boil to cook for 30 minutes. Blend the mixture in blender once the carrots cooked and get soften.
If the soup is too thick , add more water. In last, add the broccoli , grated carrot and olive oil. Stir and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Soup is ready to serve once broccoli is cooked.
