Summer is around the corner, in fact its beginning of May and Sun has already started flashing on us. Since I wear Abaya and Hijab I often get heat rashes while -prolonged sun encounters. Therefore, I always avoid to step out during afternoon.
But I don’t like the idea of sitting inside and just missing this adorable sunny weather due to which I often miss beach parties. By the way let me tell you in UAE we have some awesome beaches such as Yas Beach, La Mer Beach, Jumeirah Beach and so on.
OK, I get it!
Let’s not beat about the bushes, I’ll come straight to my point, which is, we have very flashy sunny days in UAE and we females face some dreadful and awkward summer problems such as, heat rash on legs, Summer Sweats, pimples and one very awkward problem is itching at our lady area due to sweating on ingrown hairs and so on!
Basically, I am bringing you the solution to the most 5 Awkward summer problems that normally all of us faced.
In summer pimples and blisters are common, if we do not follow our skin care tips on regular basis these condition can get even worse. However, right now I am talking about some other awkward issues which we encountered during summers.
1- Heat Rash
What is Heat rash? Commonly known as prickly heat caused due to blockage of Sweat Gland which do not let perspiration to evaporate rather get trapped in the deep layer of the skin causing inflammation, small blisters and rashes on the skin.
When I was a child I used to get heat rashes on my back and on legs and ever since I am only applying one recipe to calm it down and that’s Fuller’s Earth Powder pack, below is the recipe of this Pack:

2 Table Spoon Fuller’s Earth Powder
1 Table Spoon Fresh Aloe Vera Gel
1 Table Spoon Water
Mix all the Ingredients to make a pack and apply on the affected area for atleast 20 minutes. Wash it with normal water. You will see results in just one treatment only.

3- When Sweat is your biggest enemy
We are not saying that summer is terrible season but yes it has dreadful effect on our life. In fact I love the breezy evenings in summer.
In Summers our routine works and even the normal chores makes our body to sweat and due to excessive sweating we often faced horrible situations. Here are some common sweating issues and its solution.
Imagine you are starting up and you have arranged meeting with your client in afternoon or maybe you are going to the party and your underarms starts sweating a lot and started appearing on your shirt. So how to stop your sweat showing off.
Tip No. 01 – First tip to keep your shirt dry and clean:
In order to keep your shirt dry is to use underarms sweat pads. You can find them on Amazon or on some Online shopping stores.
Tip No. 02 – How to decrease sweating
Sweating is normal phenomenon and actually it is healthy to sweat but excessive sweating can be a reason of hot weather or some other medical issues.
In order to reduce sweating you can rub your armpit with lemon Juice and rinse with water after 15 to 20 mins. It will not only reduce sweating also bad sweat odor can be controlled with this tip.
Apple Cider Vinegar is another great tip to decrease sweating. Apple cider vinegar has antibacterial properties which reduces the growth of bacteria. When applied directly on the desired area it works as astringent to remove bacteria. Take small amount of Apple Cider Vinegar and dilute it in lukewarm water then apply this mixture on effected areas to reduce the sweating.
Annoying Sweaty Boobs
If you wear padded bra then you must be facing this awkward problem and in order to decrease sweating wear sports bra or cotton bra. You can also try Mesh bra to decrease Boobs sweat.

Excessive Sweating effects almost every part of our body so as to Bikini line area as well. In summer excessive sweating often cause rashes around bikini area which is very awkward and painful while walking.

As we know Aloe Vera Gel has soothing property and applying it on rashes would calm the rashes. Its better to use fresh Aloe Vera Gel but if you do not have fresh gel then just be careful while selecting the brand.
4- Sweaty Hairs
Woman face lots of terrible problems in summer one of them is Sweaty hairs. Sweaty in hairs is the major cause of dandruff which needs to be sorted out. Else dandruff on scalp weaken hairs that tends to fall if not taken care properly.
Ginger oil massage would reduce the appearance of dandruff and make your hair smooth and silky.
Sunburn is the most common though weirdest summer problem. In summer we feel red painful skin in just few minutes exposing to UV light of Sunshine. We can easily heal sunburn with just 02 ingredients from our kitchen.
Yogurt and Turmeric to cure Sunburn instantly
Take a spoon full of Greek Yogurt add a pinch of Turmeric powder and mix it well. Once done apply on the face or effected area for 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
Rinse it with fresh water. For better results apply twice a week.
These remedies are tried by me and I only recommend remedies and product which I use personally.
