Coffee is the most popular beverage. Coffee is the first drink which most of us intake soon after get down from our bed. As coffee relaxes our mind and give us sense of relaxation we are trying to find out its more and more benefits. We find out some very easy DIY coffee treatment to improve the quality of our skin and to entirely change our whole beauty regime.

STEP-UP TO DIY COFFEE TREATMENT:

You might have found various recipes based on coffee treatment on the internet but I am compiling some most effective treatments that will improve your entire face and body looks. These recipes are very easy to make all you need is a little time and patience. Without wasting your more time lets move on to some very simple recipes:

1. HOME MADE COFFEE MASK /FACE PASTE

Applying coffee mask twice a week on your face will rejuvenate your skin and gives you very shiny and golden complexion.

Ingredients:

2 tbl spoon full ground coffee
2 tbl spoon Cocoa Powder
3 tbl spoon yogurt
1 tbl spoon honey

Preparation:

Properly mix all the ingredients and keep the face paste in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Then apply the mask in circular motion on your face in upward direction. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and remove with warm water. Do not forget to moisten your face with moisturizing  cream.

2. DIY COFFEE SCRUB

Ingredients:
3 tbl spoon ground coffee
1 tbl spoon Olive oil
1 tbl spoon brown sugar

Preparation:

Add ground coffee and brown sugar in a bowl then add oil. Mix it well and make a paste. Gently Massage with this scrub onto your face in circular motions, then rinse with warm water.

3. COFFEE TREATMENT FOR PUFFY EYES:

Ingredients:

1 tbl spoon Coffee
1 tbl spoon aloe vera gel
1 tsp Vitamin E oil.

Preparation:

Finely mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Then apply this thick mixture under your eyes or over the eye bags. Leave it for 15 minutes then rinse with warm water.

4. COFFEE MASK FOR DARK CIRCLES

Ingredients:

1 tbl spoon coffee
1 tbl spoon honey

Preparation:

Finely grind coffee with honey and apply on your dark circles. Leave it for 15 minutes then rinse off with normal water. Apply coffee eye cream or Coffee eye serum for better result. You can make your own Coffee Eye cream and serum. Follow our recipes:

A) MAKE YOUR OWN COFFEE EYE CREAM

Ingredients:

1 tbl spoon Coffee oil
2 tsp almond oil
2 tsp jojoba oil
4 tsp shea butter
2 tsp cocoa butter
5 drops of vitamin E oil
5 drops of lavender essential oil

Preparation:

Melt shea butter, cocoa butter along with almond oil and jojoba oil in double boiler.

Now add Coffee Oil, vitamin E oil and lavender essential oil in the melted mixture, Mix it well for at least 1 minute.

Pour the mixture in a jar and let it get harden.

Now this Coffee eye cream is ready and is perfect for your dark circles. Apply this cream under your eyes before going to bed and in morning you can apply the cream under eye makeup for brighter eyes.

B) RECIPE FOR COFFEE EYE SERUM

Ingredients:

1 tbl spoon Coffee oil
2 tsp almond oil
2 tsp jojoba oil
5 drops of vitamin E oil

Preparation:

Mix all the oil in a jar and store in refrigerator. For best result massage with this serum twice a day.

C) HOW TO MAKE COFFEE OIL?

This coffee oil is best to rejuvenate your skin, give silky shiny look to your hair and reduces under eye dark circles. It is very easy to make at home. Find our recipe below:

Ingredients:

1 cup Extra virgin Olive oil
3/4 cup ground coffee

Preparation:

Mix ground coffee in olive oil and heat it over low heat for about 30 minutes. In between continuously stir the mixture.
Once done remove from stove and strain the oil in a jar.

Before applying under your eyes keep the oil in refrigerator as needed. You can warm the oil before applying in your hairs.

5. ANTI CELLULITE CREAM:

Ingredients:

1 cup Coffee
1 tbl spoon extra virgin coconut oil
1 tbl spoon brown sugar

Preparation:

In a bowl mix 1 cup of coffee and brown sugar with 1 tbl spoon coconut oil. Mix it well until become smooth paste.

Method of Application: Prepare and apply the mixture twice a week on the effected areas such as (thighs, stomach, buttocks). Massage the abdomen and buttocks in a circular motion. For Thigh, use the technique of rolling massage, and stretching from the knees towards the upward direction to leg. Pree both hands on each side. Once the areas gets coated, cover your bag with the help of cling film and leave on for twenty minutes. Remove cling film after 20 minutes and wash your skin with warm water.
